About this site

An independent editorial team tests AI photo and video trends on a fictional character and logs credits and failures. No commission earned as of 2026-10-21.

This site is run by an independent editorial team that tests viral AI photo and video trends and reports what each one costs. No AI tool vendor we cover owns or runs it. Facts on this page are current as of 2026-10-21.

What this site does

We track AI trends as they rise and explain how to recreate them, free routes first (scope as of 2026-10-21). A trend page says whether the trend is rising, at its peak, fading or dead, which tools can make it, and what it costs. We cover tools such as Higgsfield, Kling, OpenArt, Gemini, ChatGPT and local models. Prices appear only with a check date and a source.

We test before we recommend. Our first test session, on 2026-10-21, logged 16 runs and charged 24.98 credits on a Higgsfield Plus plan. The first run created our fictional, AI-generated test character (how we built it). The other 15 used it as the reference image.

Failures sit next to the successes. That session recorded one rate-limit rejection (HTTP 429, no charge), identity drift in a holiday scene, and a video we chose not to generate. The method is on how we test.

The site has five kinds of pages. Trend pages track one trend’s status and link to the lasting effect behind it. Template pages explain one Higgsfield template; effect pages cover an effect such as the AI polaroid across tools. Tool and pricing pages state what a plan costs per image or per clip, with the check date and a change log. Comparison pages set two services side by side on price and limits.

Our same-prompt tests so far are five model pairs inside Higgsfield. Each pits Nano Banana Pro against Seedream 5.0 Lite or GPT Image 2 (2026-10-21). Runs across separate services are not tested yet. Every number carries a date, and anything we could not confirm reads “not verified as of 2026-10-21”. The full session is written up in our Higgsfield AI review.

We keep the scope narrow on purpose. We do not cover ways around a tool’s filters, edits of other people’s faces or watermark removal; the reasons are in the content policy.

Who runs it

An editorial team runs the site, credited as “Editorial team” (as of 2026-10-21). We publish no named authors, biographies or credentials, and no page uses an invented expert or reviewer. The test character is fictional and never appears as a user, a reviewer or a testimonial. If a named tester joins, this page will say so, with a date.

Our pages are machine-assisted: a language model drafts and edits the text. Prices come from dated vendor pages and test results from our test log, never from the model. How each claim is checked is in the editorial policy.

How it is funded

Affiliate commissions are the planned funding, and none has been earned as of 2026-10-21. Our Higgsfield affiliate account via Impact is not confirmed yet. When you buy through a commission link, the vendor may pay us, and you pay no more than you would going direct. Display ads may come later, and a later phase may add an on-site generator that charges for credits. Each funding change will be stated on the affiliate disclosure with a date.

Funding never changes a test or a verdict. Apart from the programs listed on the affiliate disclosure, we have no business relationship with Higgsfield, Kling, OpenArt or any other vendor we mention. Names identify products only, and none of these companies endorses this site.
