Using this site

Copy the Trend publishes guides to AI image and video tools and compares them. You may read it, link to it and share its pages. You may not scrape it at a rate that harms it. You may not probe it for security holes or pretend to be us. The site has no accounts and no uploads at launch.

Prices change: no professional or purchase advice

Every price and plan limit on this site is the value we saw on the date written beside it (“checked 2026-10-21”). It may have changed since. Vendors change prices and free plans without notice. The vendor’s own checkout page is the authority, so confirm the price there before you pay.

Our content is information, not legal, financial or purchase advice. A test result is one run on one date, and your result can differ.

Affiliate links and third-party services

Links that go through /go/ addresses are commission links: we may earn money if you subscribe. The affiliate disclosure explains how that works and what it does not change. After you click, you are on the vendor’s site. The vendor’s own terms and prices apply there, and we are not a party to your agreement with the vendor.

We do not run, host or guarantee any vendor service. We are not responsible for what a vendor charges or changes, or for what it does with your data.

Content you send us

Emails you send us remain yours. By sending us a message, you let us read it and reply to it. You also let us quote its factual part, such as the error you found. We do not name you unless you ask us to. We do not accept uploads at launch. Do not email us photos of other people without their consent.

Intellectual property and trademarks

The text, tables, test logs and images we made are ours, with the exceptions below. You may quote a short excerpt with a link back to the page. For anything longer, ask first at info@copythetrend.com.

Vendor and product names are used only to identify their products. They belong to their owners. This site is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any vendor it covers. Test images show our fictional, AI-generated test character and are labeled as AI-generated.

If you think a page uses your copyrighted work without permission, email us with “Policy report” in the subject and the page URL. We review the claim and remove material that infringes.

Acceptable use of our guides

Our guides show how to use third-party tools. Do not apply them to another person’s face, voice or likeness without that person’s consent. Do not use them to imitate a public figure, to create deceptive content or to harass anyone. Our content policy sets out the details, and our editorial policy covers how we source and check what we publish. You are responsible for how you use any tool, and for following its rules.

Limitation of liability

We provide the site “as is” and “as available”. We try to keep it accurate and fix confirmed errors, but we do not promise that every page is current or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nor are we liable for money you spend with a vendor after reading the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud.

Changes to these terms

We update these terms when the site changes, and the date at the top changes with them. We will update them before any upload or generation feature launches. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version. See also our privacy policy.

Your rights and the rest of these terms

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer-protection law where you live. If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the rest of these terms still apply.
