Start the subject with “Correction”, “Trend tip”, “Policy report”, “Privacy request” or “Press”. Include the page URL in every message. We read every message, but we do not publish a response time. We do not answer offers to buy links or to place paid posts.

Corrections

Send the page URL, the sentence you think is wrong and a link or screenshot that shows why. We re-check the claim against the vendor’s official page and our test log. A confirmed error is fixed on the page. It also gets a dated entry with the old and new value in the corrections log. If we cannot confirm the claim either way, it stays on the page marked "not verified as of <date>".

Content-policy reports

Use “Policy report” if your image or likeness appears on a page here without your consent. Use it too if you think a guide helps misuse someone’s face, or if a page uses your copyrighted work. Include the URL. When the request is credible, we remove content that shows a real person without consent. Our rules on consent and likeness are in the content policy.

Partnerships and press

Press and partnership questions go to the same address with “Press” in the subject. A partnership never changes what we test or how we report results. We do not sell reviews.
